Setup for access outside of office
Your computer must be set up to run Lotus Notes
First you must have an ID file
Second change the "Location" of the computer. In the office the location is "Office". This word appears in the bottom left hand of the Notes screen. Change it to "Internet" or "home"
Third change the mail file to your mail file. You must know the name. It is stored in the Notes Directory
. Find your name and copy the full path of your mail file. Then click on the "Internet" button, click "Edit Current", click the "Mail" tab and change the description of "Mail file"
Finally in the "Basics" tab, delete the internet mail address.
